what if romance countries got back the territory once belonged to the romance language-speaking area? In this map I tried to give a possible representation of this, this map is not meant to offend anyone or to be compleatly realistic, UK was kept untouched to make it a little bit more likely.

There was also a little romanic speaking enclave (?) along the Mosel river
and Trier in Germany, I think it got lost in the early middleages. But idk if you
also add enclaves etc.
